South West Native Title Settlement
Pre-Trust Nominations Committee members
FDIO has been appointed to assist the WA Government, South West Aboriginal Land and Sea Council (SWALSC) and the Trustee-in-waiting (Perpetual Trustees) in appointing four members to the Pre-Trust Nominations Committee (PTNC).
The main task of the PTNC will be to seek and select appropriate candidates for appoitment as directors on the the boards of the Noongar Advisory Company and the Investment Commitee. It may also manage a second call for noinations and pre-qualification process for Initial Director Nominees of the six Regional Corporations. Two members of the PTNC will be selected from the Noongar Community and two members will be selected as Independent members.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING EOIs
EOIs must be completed and submitted (including National Police Clearance Certificate) by 5pm on Monday, 19 November 2018.
