Pre-incorporation Director Nominations

The South West Native Title Settlement Interim Nominations Committee (INC) has been appointed to seek and independently assess the eligibility (not selection) of candidates who wish to nominate as Noongar Regional Corporation Pre-incorporation Directors.

February 2017 Update

The Nominations for candidates who wish to nominate as Pre-incorporation Directors for one or more of the Noongar Regional Corporations have now CLOSED.

INC is currently assessing the eligibility of candidates and will be in contact with all candidates in the near future to advise them of their eligibility to stand for election at the Pre-incorporation Meetings.

December 2016 Update

INC has now released the Nomination Forms for candidates who wish to nominate as Pre-incorporation Directors for one or more of the Noongar Regional Corporations.


Nominations will close at 5pm on Tuesday, 31 January 2017

Candidates will need to download, read and complete (as required) the following documents:

To nominate as a Pre-Incorporation Director, you must be a member of the relevant Proposed Regional Corporation.  Please go to the SWALSC website to download an expression of interest form for each of the Regional Corporations: (Regions).
