The largest settlement agreement successfully negotiated in Australia, the South West Settlement represents a significant opportunity to establish an enduring legacy for Noongar People. 



The Noongar Boodja Trust is part of the governance structure for the South West Native Title Settlement. This session is to provide information to individuals with an interest in offering expertise and skills to the South West Settlement governance effectiveness.

 






This session will outline:

  • Settlement background

  • Settlement timeline

  • Settlement governance structures

  • Opportunities to be involved, particularly Directorships



The presentation will include information from:

  • SWALSC

  • The State and Jackson McDonald

  • The Trustee

  • The Nominations Committee
